AI GTM & Agent Ops for B2B

Get the week back. Put pipeline in motion.

From AI-absent to AI-run GTM. Ignoring the middle keeps the week hand-built.

I install the operating model I already run: research, ICP, outreach, and support. A human signs off on everything. Hours back in the week, and pipeline that doesn't depend on one person grinding.

The method

Agents do the work, a human signs off on everything.

No six-month discovery. Agents prepare the go-to-market work. A person signs off before it counts as done, and before anything leaves the building.

  1. Agents do the work

Research, list-building, outreach drafts, and support triage. They share one context: who you sell to, how you sound, and what's already been said.

  2. A human checks it

Against your voice, the do-not-do list, and the acceptance criteria for that workflow. The agents don't get the judgment.

  3. Then it can leave

Anything outbound waits here. First touches, follow-ups, replies. The agent prepares the work. It does not get the send button.

Audit. Build. Run.

Three parts, prices on the page. The session is credited toward the audit. The audit is credited if a build starts within 60 days. I take a handful of these at a time, so this stays hands-on.

Part 01

Audit

Working session

90 minutes

We look at how go-to-market actually runs this week and name the first workflow worth handing to an agent. You leave knowing whether the audit is the right next step.

Credited toward the audit

$500

The audit

2 weeks · fixed fee

No 60-slide deck. It ends with something shipped — a workflow your team is using — not a roadmap to file. The map of the work, the ranked list, and the do-not-do list come with it.

Credited if a build starts within 60 days

$5,000

Part 02

Build

Agent sprint

3–4 weeks

Priced per agent or workflow delivered, against acceptance criteria we agree before the sprint starts. Not hours. The usual shape is research and ICP into outreach drafts, or a support agent that triages and drafts the reply. Handoff docs come with it.

$15–25K

Part 03

Run

Retainer

3-month minimum

Advisory if your team runs the system. Managed if I run the agents with you. A person still signs off on anything outbound. In week one we agree the numbers, and the month is reported against them: meetings booked, reply rate, hours saved.

$5–7.5K/mo

Advisory

Case study

We drink our own champagne

Keystone, Stibnite's B2B data and ICP platform, is built and run on the exact system we'd build for you.

  • Build: a coding agent ships features, and nothing merges without a human yes.
  • Run: a support agent works in Slack, handling account changes, delivery stops and escalations in minutes.
  • Judgment: when a tester reported a "bug", the agent showed it was the duplicate-domain check working as designed. No pointless change shipped.

3 reseller partners · 7 clients live · 2-person team (and lots of agents)

Our first client was us. Agents do the work. A human signs off.

Bring the week you actually have. We'll see what an agent should take.

One call. If it's a fit, the 90-minute session is $500, and it's credited toward the audit.
